1- Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
3- Delivery charges are non-refundable in the case of exchanges.
4- To request an exchange, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or packing slip and specify the required size or replacement product.
5- Product availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of exchange. If the requested size or item is unavailable, our support team will contact you with alternative options.
Customers may request a return only if:
1- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases:
1- Leera Latha will not bear the return shipping charges. The customer will have to ship the returned product. Only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Leera Latha will bear the return shipping charges.
2- Customers should provide a copy of the order confirmation email or packing slip along with details of the issue.
3- Subject to verification, customers may choose either:
- A replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
- A full refund.
